You hear a some people say prove there is a God. Prove that the Bible is true. Now that's BS....because there is more than enough archeological evidence that proves the Bible is true.

the new testament is complete bullshit, and so is the common interpretation of Satan, and hell. hell doesn't exist. it comes from the word in the old testament "Sheol" which is described as the place where all people go after death, no matter how a person is morally. good and bad go to Sheol. Satan is commonly thought to be the enemy of god, as it suggests in the new testament. but in the old testament Satan is named ha-Satan, which translates to "the Satan". this says that "Satan is not a name, but a title. well Robert, the bible is very true indeed, but your god is not. The excuse of backing up and asking us to prove that there isn't a god is simply ignorant and irrational and even if your god was real i wouldn't want to believe in him. Who would want to believe in some"thing" who is filled with genocide(not to mention he is a mass murderer) or some"thing" who puts upon people to burn in a lake of fire for eternity for not believing or committing Apostacy. As the title says the Bible is 100 percent accurate and true. Try to prove me wrong. The more you actually study it and look into its scripture and meaning with a scientific and unbiased mindset you will find there are no flaws. You may say "what about the dinosaurs?" The dinosaurs are mentioned in the Bible about 5 or 6 times. Beasts with tails as large as great tree trunks are mentioned in the Bible. The term dinosaur wasnt invented yet, and the hebrew language mentioned the dinosaurs as great beasts or awesome reptiles. Scientist only date fossils on how deep they are and what other fossils they can find near it. It dosent take millions of years for dinosaurs to fossilize. You can find many different fossilized everyday objects such as a hat, hammer, even a leg with a cowboy boot on on the Internet! Tell me how that cowboy was millions of years old! All something needs to fossilize is a layer of clay around it. The dinosaurs died during the one year flood in Genesis! Because of the instructions God had given Noah in Genesis, he didn't take all the dinosaurs on his ark. Most but not all dinosaurs died out during the flood and fossilized after they were buried in the clay. Drawings and tales of dragons can be heard all over the world. Tell me how a 40 ft wingspan of a large winged dinosaur does not resemble a flying dragon. The dinosaurs were herbivores until after the flood of Noah when God let things eat meat. Scientist have even found Noah's ark showing the Bible's accuracy of history. It is the ultimate guide for life and it's accuracy of history is unflawed.

I love all of the ignorant Christians that are on this site making trouble. Obviously there questioning there own religion if there looking this up on the Internet. In my opinion the bible was made up by man sometime long after the death of Jesus Christ. I believe that there is no whitness testomony in the bible from people who were there at the time of Jesus. Therefore the validity of what is written in the bible comes into question, as stories get passed down from one generation to another being slightly exadurated all the time.

Instead I see the bible as a set of morals which all good people should aspire to. It would be nice to think of humans as people who will go to heaven when they die - to meet your maker, as it were. But I suspect that when you die, and your heart stops beating and oxygen is deprived from your brain, that it is much as it were before you were born - no recognition, or judgement of time. Much as it is possible to alter someones mood with drugs, or make them more aggressive/passive - by such direct action should that then determine their worth into heaven. Much like the worth of an old car, all human interpretations, invented by humans for humans.

I think that the whole idea of a devine being was invented by humans as a means to make themselves feel more important than we are. We are not important. Will I go to hell for murder - in which case I had better not wash my hands or my bedding incase I kills some bacteria or dust mites. Why should I go to heaven an a bacteria or plant not? Both are alive, plants can detect damage (pain), and respond. Ok neather have higher brain function - which is probably why they don't have their own bibles.

What of people who can't read (rare these days I admit) and cannot practice the teachings of the bible, dont they deserve entrance into heaven, the homeless man, drug addict, one side of a war or another - all questions that cannot be answered as there is no right or wrong. I do not believe in the devil, demons, ghosts, UFO's or any such thing, all human creations invented to explain events which cannot otherwise be explained based on the amount of available evidence. I do not believe in heaven or hell - as a being intelegent enough to create the earth and everyliving species of plant, animal, fungi, bacteria on the planet would not be concerned by the missgivings of one person. Jesus suffered on the cross for the evils of man, god offered him relief, but as others suffered too, he refused. This comment says several things to me obviously crucifixion was a practice during the era some 2000 years ago, however, god doesn't involve him self in peoples suffering. He offered to release Jesus into the after life - but has never again made such an offer to any individual. Like humans it appears then he looks after his own, a selfish trait I think. Hence, whats the point in praying, if your prayer comes true then YAY god answered my prayer, but what is also likely is that my prayer will not come true, in which case I will keep praying until my prayer does come true. It is a mathematical certainty that out of chance a prayer or two will come true occasionally. This is not the work of god but probability.

If one wants proof that the bible is not true then look through scientific text books that state scientific evidence explaining the evolution, the age of the earth, and the formation of the universe. Therefore, it has been proven beyond fact that earth and heavens were NOT created in 7 days, as stated in genesis.

After Jesus was crucified and was left to rest, he was later reborn. This statement serves as an 'up yours' to the people who crucified him. Saying that I cannot be killed, I am the son of god. Similar stories, with invincible characters exist nowadays in comic books, and Sci-fi.

These are just my thoughts, and following the bible does not make you a bad person, just really gullible.

You completely misinterpreted every part of the bible you said was "untrue". I dare you to challenge the living God. Say "do this and I will follow you" and he will do it. Besides the bible, God gives everyone their set of living proof that the bible exists.

Sorry, I have not noticed any "living proof". Should I therefore be afraid of God? What kind of God is one that I should be afraid of? If I misinterpret what such a God has "told me", and he punishes me because of it, then he is a mean S.O.B. and not someone I could trust. He either loves us and accepts if we are not convinced by his vague "proofs" or he doesn't love us and I'm screwed whatever I do.

The bible is the greatest fairy tale ever told Santa Claus is second! It may mention monsters in the bible but it can't be dinasaures they were long gone before 6 or 7 thousand years ago around the time he allegedly created all these things in 7 days! By the way how long we're these 7 days! They would have to all be the same length each day if god is perfect! I personally think that there is a real god out there but i dont think that jesus ever exsisted and i dont think that the bible is the word of god that is just a fantasy invented by the church.
